1.Chronograph Tourbillon...a unique watch from Franc Vila
Franc Vila watches are luxurious, quite innovative, highly contemporary, and represent very high quality timekeeping, along with particular attention paid to even the slightest detail. And this uniquely designed Chronograph Tourbillon is one of the first hand-made and hand decorated Franc Vila’s own movements.
It is equipped with a flying tourbillon with inertial moment control mechanism and wheel differential system and has 5 days power reserve.
All the models share the same form ‘Esprit Unique’ with elliptic and circular bezel. This movement turns his piece into a very contemporary tourbillon.
The case is made of red gold, white gold, DieHard Extreme Steel, Titanium & Gold or Titanium & DieHard Extreme Steel.
This watch from Franc Vila is limited to 88 pieces in each edition and crystal and caseback both are in sapphire with double sided anti-glare treatment. The crocodile strap is looking good but I found multilayer smoked sapphire crystal and half skeleton dial bit odd.

2.Bell & Ross Instrument Tourbillon
This is a new master watch from Bell & Ross for Baselworld. Bells & Ross, a company which is famous for big square watches creates an extraordinary watch with multiple complications including a tourbillon. Bell & Ross BR01 Instrument Tourbillon incorporates four complications: a Tourbillon, a Precision Indicator, a Regulator and a Power Reserve Indicator.
This new timepiece also features a lightweight carbon fiber dial that is scratch resistant and is made out of ultra light, DLC-coated (Diamond Like Carbon) titanium at 4 000 Vickers HV for extra durability. The Trust Index indicates the accuracy of the movement in accordance with the tension on the barrels. The Regulator features an hour counter and a large minute hand. This masterpiece is sold with two straps, that is, in rubber and black alligator.

3.Hamilton Men's Ventura watch
I loved this watch at the very first look, it’s angular mid-century design is gorgeous. This is Hamilton Ventura Mens Watch. The design is stunning and modern at the same time.
The two new models have been created by Hamilton to celebrate the 50th anniversary of its Ventura model and the watch shown here is among the one.
The design is very similar to the world’s very first electric watch and is powered with by a quartz movement with the same case as the 1957 model.
The case is made of stainless steel with a very original crown and apertures to reveal the movement. It has got sapphire crystal and is water resistant up to 30/ 50 meters. The black crocodile strap gives it modern look.

Wow! What a marvelous timepiece. The One Million $ BB (Big Bang) is an excellent fusion of jewellery and watchmaking. The watchmaking brand Hublot and the Bunter SA diamond-setting workshop have together created Big Bang with totally invisible setting. Thus the material disappears and only the diamond is revealed.
Watch experts say that Big Bang represents a ‘performance on a par with Faberge’s egg.’
The case, dial and buckle of this exclusive watch is completely covered by more than 493 Top Wesselton ‘baguette’ diamonds! The case is made of 18 k white gold.

You’ll be surprised to know that more than 2,000 hours have gone into its making, from design through to research and development, machine programming, choice of (micro-)precision tools, the cutting of the diamonds, the visual examination of each part, setting, casing and fine-tuning.
This dazzling timepiece unveiled at Baselworld has already been sold, but I hope that Hublot will continue creating such amazing pieces.

5.Bathys Hawaii Benthic Diver
Hawaii’s only watch brand, Bathys, will be disclosing their new line of diver watches at the BaselWorld 2007 event. This is for the first time that Bathys are displaying their watches at Baselworld.At this event Bathys are going to introduce their Benthic watches. The Benthic is Bathys first professional Diver Watch and there are 10 different designs to make a choice.
The movement of Benthic watches is powered by an ETA 2892-2 jewel automatic running at 28′800 vph and domed sapphire crystal with antireflection coating. These Diver watches features PVD coated case with silver TiCN at 2 microns, bigger crown, nice rotating bezel and water resistant up to 200M (110 Fathoms, 660 feet).
Now you surely want to know the price of these great timepieces! Well, price is yet unknown, but most probably may vary from $1000-$ 1200. And I expect they will be available in June or July.
6.Louis Moinet Twintech Watch
This elegant timepiece from the house of Louis Moinet is the one to be displayed at Baselworld. Louis Moinet is famous for making classic timepieces that created watches for great personalities such as King George IV of England, Napoleon, American Presidents Thomas Jefferson and James Monroe.
This Twintech watch uses the Louis Moinet twin barrel movement has a 120-hour power reserve which is three times more than a normal watch. It has power reserve indicator and retrograde date. The watch has two anti-glare sapphire crystals and a Louisana alligator leather strap.
This contemporary timepiece is presented in a new rectangular case with an entirely original shape and the semi-openworked balance is the original feature of this watch.
The watch comes in three different dials. You can choose from charcoal, silver and the old rose and are available in editions of 60 watches each.
