ANC president and Sa president hopeful Jacob zuma is set to wed his 5th wife!!!The …errm… Lucky girl is a durban socialite called Thobeka Mabhija.
His brother Michael said a traditional ceremony, in which the family of his fiancée Thobeka Mabhija would present gifts to him, would be taking place “one of these days”.
Mr Zuma, 65, does not publicly confirm exact details of his personal life, but he is believed to have at least 18 children and has been married four times already, although he is divorced from Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, South Africa’s foreign minister, and Kate Mantsho Zuma committed suicide in December 2000, leaving a note describing her marriage to him as “24 years of hell”.
The proposed wedding has raised concerns about the potential cost of maintaining Mr Zuma’s sprawling family once he becomes president, expected after a general election due later this year.
