First Lady Goes Sexy, Sleeveless For Official Portrait

First Lady Michelle Obama is wearing a sleeveless black shift dress by Michael Kors in her official portrait, released by the White House today.
Her choice of a sleeveless dress makes the arm-baring style her official signature.
Michelle wore sleeveless on the recent covers of People and Vogue. And she chose a controversial Narcisco Rodriguez sleeveless black V-neck blouse for her husband's first address before the Congress earlier this week. But this is the first time Mrs. Obama has worn a dress by Kors, one of the most well-known American designers, thanks to his judge role on the popular reality fashion show, “Project Runway.”
