I think she is the worst of them all. anaonesha ni jinsi gani ukoloni mamboleo ulivyomtawala, look at her she jus look stupid with that big 90's hair do. am sure she has learnt something from other first ladies.gosh! i wud say kagame's wife suppose to be the first followed by our first lady.
