Kanye West ‘Going Backwards’ with New Album.US rapper Kanye West is “going backwards” with his new album. West’s upcoming record, which is due out before Christmas, will revisit the feel of his first album, The College Dropout.
Q-Tip, who worked with the 33 year-old on his new album, said the star knows what he is doing.
He told XXL Magazine: “This album is, in a good way, going backwards. He knows exactly what he’s doing – when he did 808s and Heartbreak, that was such a departure from College Dropout.”
