No Blonde Ambitions for Madonna's DaughterMadonna collaborated with her 13-year-old daughter, Lourdes Leon Ciccone on the their new Material Girl clothing line for Macy's. While Lourdes is happy to follow in her mom's fashion footsteps, she's not so ambitious about her hair color.
Lourdes is officially allowed to start dying her hair when she turns 14 next month, but she says she has no interest in copying her mother's famous blonde tresses.
"I wouldn't go blonde," Lourdes told reporters (via Us magazine). "I'd like to do a darker color -- a really dark, dark red."
While Madonna happy to give her daughter the freedom to choose her hair color, she says she would still caution against dye.
"Once you start dying your hair that's it," Madonna said. "You have to keep dying it."
