A very pregnant Alicia Keys posed for Keep A Child Alive’s new ‘Buy Life’ campaign. Along with R&B Usher , Keys is encouraging fans to donate to the cause (by buying a T-Shirt) – which provides help such as housing, food, and medicine, to those suffering from HIV & AIDS in Asia and Africa.
