Lady Gaga Unveils New Album Cover, Sparks Meme.On Friday evening, pop superstar Lady Gaga treated her Twitter fans to a very surprising image: She shared the cover artwork for her upcoming album Born This Way.
Like just about everything Gaga touches, the album cover was met with a fair amount of shock. It depicts the snarling, wild-tressed pop star with a motorcycle for a body. Vroom Vroom!
Some fans refuse to believe the artwork is more than a joke—despite the fact that Gaga followed her initial tweet with a picture of her holding a printed copy of the cover, as if to reinforce the notion that the cover was the real deal. Others have taken it upon themselves to photoshop parody images highlighting the cover's ridiculousness. A meme is born!
