The Biebs has spent his allowance on the pricey bauble. He was spotted a month ago with it on. We thought nothing of it, but TMZ has uncovered the juicy, and incredibly pricey, details. Justin helped design the necklace along with Hollywood jeweler Jason Arasheben. It has 12-carats of diamonds and rubies, set on 14-carat gold.
We guess that if you've got ridiculous amounts of money, you have to spend it on something?
