Kiehl's Names New Celebrity Brand Ambassadors.

To celebrate its 160th birthday, Kiehl's has tapped three new famous faces to represent its new global philanthropic initiative, Kiehl's Gives. Julianne Moore, Pharrell Williams and the Scissor Sisters will each represent an area of concern; children's well-being, the environment and HIV/AIDS respectively.

Each category will represent eight charitable organizations that will be introduced to the public through a short film on Kiehl's'. Then, from June 15 to August 31, the public will be allowed to vote on their favorite charity. In September, Kiehl's will split $160,000 among the charities based on their share of the votes. Each cause will get at least $20,000. Julianne is passionate about the project and says:
I became involved with Save the Children, and I’ve worked with Kiehl’s on projects before. I can’t stress enough how much work they do in New York City and globally. They have taken it on themselves, as a brand, to support all of these charities.
