Hamish Bowles to Pen Autobiography.One glance at the slim sartorial gent in a bow tie doesn't automatically reveal a wicked sense of humor, passion for collecting couture and a game-on attitude. But Hamish Bowles has all of those things and more. Now, the European editor-at-large for Vogue has just revealed he's writing an autobiography and we can't wait.
Hamish may look serious, but this is a man who has played basketball with Amar'e Stoudemire, trekked through the wilderness and even eaten bear scat because Anna Wintour asked him to. He's one of fashion's most respected and knowledgeable, has spent years working for Vogue and is just a genuinely nice guy. Recently, he told AVENUEinsider:
I’m about to start working on a more autobiographical book about my adventures in fashion and at Vogue
We cannot wait for his book to be released. It will, for sure, be a must-read for any fashion lover.
