John Galliano Faces Racism Charges in Paris on Wednesday.

Months after the debacle that cost him his job at Dior and earned him a one-way ticket to rehab, John Galliano is headed to trial. He will face three judges in the Paris criminal court on charges of "public insults based on origin, religious affiliation, race or ethnicity." If convicted, Galliano could spend up to six months in jail and pay up to $32,400 in fines.

Galliano is currently in a rehab facility in Europe for treatment of addiction to prescription drugs and alcohol. His lawyer, Aurélien Hamelle, argues that he was not in the right state of mind during his anti-semitic tirade against several restaurant goers in the Marais neighborhood of Paris. Hamelle also says Galliano did not remember the events that transpired and that his statements did not reflect his beliefs.

We'll be watching closely for the results of the trail on Wednesday. What do you think, will they find him guilty or innocent?
