Natalie Portman Gives Birth to Baby Boy.Natalie Portman has yet another reason to celebrate: She and her fiancé Benjamin Millepied are the parents of a baby boy.
People confirmed the story on Tuesday, offering no further details on the birth, nor on the child's name. He arrives almost exactly six months after Portman announced both her pregnancy and her engagement to Millepied, whom she met on the set of Black Swan.
In February, Portman accepted an Academy Award for Best Actress for her work in the Darren Aronofsky-directed thriller. She tearfully thanked her partner during her speech, saying, "My beautiful love, Benjamin, who has now given me the most important role of my life."
