By the Numbers: Rihanna Spends $1 Million a Year on Her Hair.
Rihanna's ever-changing mane doesn't come cheap. According to a member of the singer's camp, she spends over $1 million a year on her hair!
We crunched the numbers and figured out a few things (other than Rihanna's loaded):
$1,168,000: The figure stylist Ursula Stephen makes per year from her famous client. The star pays Stephen a daily retainer fee of $3,200. “She makes several public appearances a week, and the cost soon stacks up,” the source told UK’s Daily Mail.
$133: The hourly rate Rihanna pays, even while she sleeps. We really flexed our mental math muscles and figured out this is how much her right-hand hair woman is making per hour, 24 hours a day.
$22,400: The amount RiRi spends on her mane each week, regardless of how much the stylist's services are employed.
13: The number of times Rihanna's changed her hair since November, which means each new 'do cost about $90,000.
$29 million: The estimated amount of money the pop star raked in last year.
