Nicole Scherzinger and Lewis Hamilton Split.Nicole Scherzinger is back in the dating pool! The X Factor judge and her Formula 1 racer beau of nearly four years, Lewis Hamilton, have called it quits, reports Us magazine.
Apparently it's one of those "the distance got in the way" type breakup stories. A source said: "They were just never together and saw no end to that. Their careers have them working in separate places. Being apart that much never works, so they decided to end it."
And this isn't the first time they've called it quits: They split back in January 2010 but then rekindled their romance a few months later. But, now that Scherzinger has a solo career and reality TV gig, while Hamilton spends much of his time on the racing circuit, it seems like they're probably splitting for good this time.
The couple first met backstage at the MTV Europe Awards in November 2007.
