Pronovias Creative Director Manuel Mota Dies.
PRONOVIAS creative director Manuel Mota died on Tuesday aged 46.
Further details of his death have not yet been disclosed.
The Spanish designer headed up the bridal label for 23 years,
having famously created Doutzen
Kroes' bridal gown in 2010. He created three collections a year
- the Pronovias mainline, a luxury range for edgier brides, and a
selection of cocktail dresses.
"The Pronovias family has lost one of its best loved members,"
Pronovias president, Alberto Palatchi said in a statement,
WWD reports.
"We are left with the memory of so many
collections, so many catwalk shows, so much effort and talent. Manuel was a great partner, a great artist and above all, a great
person. We will never forget him."
