The 2007 World Music Awards was held on 4 November in Monte Carlo. At This year’s event Canadian singer Celine Dion and R&B queen Patti LaBelle were honoured for their outstanding careers. Akon, Avril Lavigne, Rihanna and Ciara Ciara performed at this year event.
