Diddy continues to expand his reach, this time the hip-hop mogul plans to get into the education game. During an interview with CNN, Diddy explained how he wants to share his secrets of success with other entrepreneurs by starting a business school in New York. “I want to have an academy that’s known for building leaders. I feel that’s one of the things I can have an impact on.” Mr Combs is determined to be a good role model and thinks launching his own school is the best way to do it. He added, “I want to take on more responsibility. I’m still honestly in search of how I can have the most positive effect that I can have.”As we mentioned yesterday, Diddy was recently honored at the BET “Honors” Award show for his skills and accomplishments as an Entrepreneur. When accepting his award, Diddy explained the importance of being honored. “I’ve won a lot of awards before, but I’ve never been honored,” he told the crowd. “And being honored, it feels totally different. Especially to be honored by your people, thank-you very much. I’m truly humble, there’s a lot of people out there that know my story but there’s a lot of people out there that don’t. My father was killed when I was three years old so my mother, like millions of black mothers in America, she was a single mother of two raising a family on her own.”
