Last week, a white viscose dress from Nicola Formichetti's first collection for the just-revived brand Thierry Mugler was listed on Gilt Groupe with a $20,000 price tag. While there was interest in the dress—a Gilt Groupe rep said it kept popping in and out of shoppers' carts—no one loved Gaga or her relatively simple white dress enough to throw down mad money.
Maybe Gilt would have had better luck trying to shill the see-through catsuit Gaga has worn over and over again since the Mugler show. Then again, who but Gaga would wear a sheer catsuit anyway?
