Elton John Confirms Lady Gaga Is Godmother to His Son.Elton John's son Zachary Jackson Levon Furnish-John was only born a few months ago, but his dad anticipates his little one is going to want a career in music. Luckily, Zachary will have an extremely knowledgeable mentor to turn to when the time comes, as his godmother is none other than Lady Gaga.
In a teaser from John's upcoming interview with Barbara Walters (via Us Weekly), the singer confirmed that Gaga, 25, is godmother to his only child. "When you get to the real person under there, there's a real simple person under there who loves her parents," John explained.
John's partner David Furnish noted, "Zachary's going to inherit an incredible musical legacy from his father one day, and she will be a good person to guide him through the ins and outs of the music business, 'cause she sure knows everything about the business now."
If Zachary doesn't have a godfather, Justin Bieber is probably available.
