Justin's smiling face and tousled hair have only sold 246,000 magazines. No other issue has had lower numbers since Will Smith's July 1999 cover promoting Wild Wild West, which moved 202,701 issues. Perhaps Vanity Fair was just too mature for his screaming fans.
