President Barack Obama's campaign identified its top 61 fundraisers and there's one name on there that might just surprise you: Anna Wintour.
Proving that her influence spreads much further than just the fashion community, Anna joins the ranks of Obama's financier friends who have raised over $500,000 for his re-election.
To show her level of commitment to the President's campaign (Oprah who?), Anna opened the doors to her own home for a highly-publicized fundraiser where seats went for more than $30,000 each. She also assembled an initiative called Runway to Win which showcases exclusive products designed by top fashion designers like Vera Wang, Marc Jacobs, Jason Wu and Diane von Furstenberg that directly raises money for the Obama effort.
