Patrick Schwarzenegger Rejects Dad's Name on Twitter After Love Child News.Patrick Schwarzenegger isn't very happy with his father right now.
On Tuesday, news broke that former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger had fathered a child out of wedlock with a member of his household staff. Seventeen-year-old Patrick, an aspiring model, tweeted "some days you feel like shit, some days you want to quit and just be normal for a bit, yet i love my family till death do us apart. #family" shortly thereafter, presumably in reaction to the news.
Now, the younger Schwarzenegger has let it be known that he is wholeheartedly on his mother's side. On Tuesday, Patrick changed the name featured on his Twitter page from "Patrick Schwarzenegger" to "Patrick Shriver." The switch comes just days after Patrick's Catholic confirmation, when he tweeted, "Just had my confirmation! Added Achilles, Get ready for my new name: Patrick Arnold Achilles Shriver Schwarzenegger. Now that's a long name."
Maybe it's not so long anymore.
